Artwork Specifications

All customer artwork should be supplied in ‘Adobe Illustrator’, ‘Freehand’, ‘Adobe Indesign’ or ‘Quark XPress’ (up to version 4.2) format. Images need to be ‘Adobe Photoshop’ compatible.

Please do:
• only link high-resolution (<300dpi) images.
• specify all spot colours, foils, varnishes and embellishments.
• supply font names used on the artwork.
• create 'bitmap' graphics at <1200dpi.
• save 'Quark X-Press' files back to version 4 or as '.eps' format.
• compress artwork to '.zip' or '.sit' archives before e-mailing.

Please do not:
• supply ‘PDFs’ as final artwork if avoidable.
• embed images or outline fonts.
• use compressed or low-resolution images and graphics.
• typeset in image editing software like ‘Adobe Photoshop’.
