Impresstik's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 - 2000 standard, for the manufacture of self-adhesive labels and label applicators.
Formal reviews are regularly undertaken to ensure that the company's Systems and Policies continue to operate to the required standards. These are conducted through independent audits and via weekly 'Continuous Improvement' meetings.
All activities are described through written operating procedures & work instructions, which make up the 'Quality Management' System. All company employees are continually trained to ensure that skill levels and working processes are properly maintained.
Impresstik ensures that all purchased raw materials & other goods conform to clearly stated specifications and requirements. Any item that is found not to conform to requirements is isolated until appropriate action is determined and undertaken.
Nomination by the Pernod Ricard Pacific Group (formerly 'Orlando Wyndham') as its Supplier-of-the-Year on three consecutive occasions is testimony to Impresstik's exacting standards. |
